Weekend breakfast when it is becoming cold in the northwest

Yesterday picked up dried black beans, and a pork shoulder blade roast.  Threw both into the pressure cooker with seasonings and shredded the pork this morning.  Breakfast consisted of baked potatoes topped with seasoned black beans, cheese, and shredded pork, and a runny yoke egg of course.  Oh, and can't forget the Champagne since it is the weekend.

Thanks for the kind comments, gents!  Precious few days like that left for this season, I suspect.  The day is as nice today, and we're hoping to find time from chores to spend it outside also.

Took me all day to eat that plate!

Had breakfast on the back deck today.  Baked potatoes sliced and crisped on hot iron.  Black beans and shredded pork also crisped, and topped with a fried egg


Later in the day, black bean and shredded pork pizza
