Buffalo Wild Wings opened in downtown Seattle a couple months ago. I have always liked their wings so I bought some of their sauces so I could make some at home.
Loaded the smoker up with a bunch of wings (and a chicken breast for the DIL - she doesn't like wings
). Smoked at 165 degrees for 20 mins and then cranked up to 375 for 25 mins. It was getting late so I finished them up on the gasser to crisp up the skin.
I made four varieties (Thai Curry, Spicy Garlic, Asian Zing, and Desert Heat Dry Rub). They turned out great - in fact all said they were better than B-Dubs and especially like that they were not fried yet had crispy skin. I will definately do these again - they were quick and easy.
Top rack was the Desert Heat Dry Rub - bottom rack just salt and pepper to prep for sauces
My Son and DIL were over so this is all that was left to photo - my Son dug in pretty good and did some damage on the wing population
These were the sauced wings
and the dry rub wings
