Work Ribs on the Weber
« Reply #-1 on: October 31, 2014, 06:17:50 AM »
Today is Halloween so we decided to do a potluck at work, (we will do a potluck for just about any reason).  I was on the hook for ribs and. I did three racks, two were left dry and one was wet.

Ready for an overnight rest

Setup for indirect and using rib racks

Test rib almost ready. If these were only for me and my girls they would be ready but I am cooking for others so they need to be a little bit tenderer.

Pulled and foiled for about an hour before I cut them up

Cut and ready for the guys at work. I had to QA one from each rack. Don’t want any suppresses surprises that is,  :o :-[ tomorrow. ;)
