it's here, it's here......
ok, well at this time we are having a massive storm today. something about a pineapple express storm blowing thru today. in 24 hours we are suppose to get 6" of rain and 30-40 mph winds w/ gust up to 60 mph. and it cold @ 40° (that's cold here). a real crappy day to bbq.
for most ppl.
pool almost filling up. good thing I drained it 7" yesterday.
some more pics of my new
"little tex"
(it came from texas and it's little). oh I know
LT
. I like it.
I used some weber charcoal holders I took apart so I could add something of my own touch to LT.
lets fire this baby up. filled up my chimney w/ coals.
1/2 in here.
and 1/2 to lite.
its ugly and cold out here and my tooties are freezing.
my patio is starting to flood.
coals done. hot ones on top of unlit ones.
now were cooking w/ fire.
California Prime. it's really tri tip but California Prime sounds better. seasoned w/ my wife steak seasoning.
Capt Jack, this ones for you buddy.
big smile, big smile.
moved the California Prime over to the indirect side.
shrimp on.
put some good stuff on the shrimp.
oh ya, everything is done.
a good pic.
like this one too.
dinner was fantastic.
I thought I was going to get in trouble for bringing another grill out back but my wife likes LT. it reminds her of a grill her dad use to have. I like it too. thanks CaptJack.

It's beginning to look like "Sparky's Home for Wayward Grills". Gotta love it!! You know they are going to get used, properly.

It looks like that grill has found a great new home where it'll get lots of love.
