I had one of these back in the 80's and really liked it, particularly for ribs and steaks.  "Lost" it somewhere over the course of dozens of moves.  Wish I still had it.  Thanks for the picture show  ;D

You are putting out some good chow from that grill and it looks about the right size for the two of us
for those times we want some charcoal grilled food.

Just for a size idea how many burgers can you grill at a time??

The PK will hold 10-12 frozen 1/4 lb burgers. It will hold -4- good sized rib eye steaks at one time. For smoking you can do a full pork butt and or one large chicken. The main cooking grate is hinged so reueling is easy. This PK Grill was called the "Sportsman" back in 1953 so the size of the grill was tailored to the smaller families of the 1950's.

They do have some of the other PK models that are larger than the one offered.......I have asked Martha over at PK to please get one of the larger sizes re-introduced.......

Thanks and that would be more than adequate for our family.

Bigger than the 18 inch Weber and smaller than the 22.
Now which way to go?

You would be hard pressed to find a better charcoal grill than a Weber, Pk or a CB940X........... 8)

David, I've cooked on and owned two Weber kettles, have a CB 500X, PBC, DB pellet grill and the latest a PK grill. If I could have only one grill without any doubt the PK Grill would be the keeper. Every time I use it I seem to enjoy it more! My only regret is that I didn't get one sooner!  8)

I leave all my grills on the deck - maybe someone will come along and steal a couple (but leave the PBC, please) so I can buy one of these....  ::) ::) ::) ;) ;D
