Filet mignon Maiden voyage-long story

The Ups guy brought me my new SRG and I payed him with a little Jerky



Got it all put together



Then I seasoned it







Puttin the corn and sweet tators on



Walmart Filet Mignons nice and thick



All done cookin



And finally plated, Glad I got the Char-broil SRG :) :) :)

Put a big fat roasting hen in that thing! I did a 6lb. one in about 45 minutes - and it was the BEST chicken I have ever cooked!

You will love the SRG
