Let some rib-eyes get to room temperature. Filled up a tube smoker 1/2 way with Stubbs Wood Chips (Hickory-Oak-Apple mix) and fired it up
Set the rib-eyes on for a smokey 30 minute bath
Put a lite coat of thick wooster and a good sprinkling of Sweet Lous Roast Rub
Fired up the Pk and here we go

The verdict: subtle smokey flavor. Instead of using evo for rub glue, I was hankerin for a little wooster instead and that really added another layer of flavor
