I've used a few of their beers when doing a big chuck roast or brisket on the smoker..

They are a bit strong to just chug out of the bottle.

Ic an see that some of those flavors would make a great marinade base...or even added to a chuck roast for broth....hmmmm....

Tee people who I have talked to that have had that beer said that it was horrible...

Another thing not to do with bacon! Yuuuuuk :P

I have a bottle in the fridge...but I have not had the nerve to open it.  So - you think it has possibilities for use as part of a marinade, or an additive to a stew, or chili?
