A few months I saw the Uuni2, and while I cannot justify getting it for 2 people, I do have a pizza stone. I have been trying to get my bread product game working better (pizza dough and a loaf for dinner). Each time I am getting better, and this go around the first one looked so good, I took pictures of the second one. I made the dough the night before *I will add recipe I used when I get home*. Homemade pizza sauce I let simmer all day to try and make thicker, I use my regular marinara recipe but remove carrot and add tomato paste to help thicken.
**EDIT**
Dough:
2 cups Bread Flour +1 tablespoon
2/3 cup warm water
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1/2 packet of dry yeast
Mix water, sugar, yeast, and 1 TBS of flour to make a sponge and allow yeast to bloom. After 10-15 minutes pour mixture into rest of ingredients and kneed until smooth. Cover with damp towel and allow to rise 60-90 minutes in warm place until double in size. Kneed again for 2 minutes, then wrap in plastic wrap and allow to proof overnight. Let the dough come back to room temperature before using.

Sauce:
1 - 28oz can of whole peeled tomatoes
1/4 diced onion
5-6 cloves of garlic ( I think I used 1/3 -1/2 a bulb)
1 small can of tomato paste
Salt, pepper, dried oregano, olive oil, fresh basil
Add oil to pot on very low heat, then add onion and garlic until melted into the oil. Then I add salt pepper and oregano and turn up the heat to medium low while stirring the onion garlic and seasonings. Add tomato pasta and mix until well blended then add the can of tomatoes. I usually smash the tomatoes and allow to simmer for 30-40 minutes before taking a stick blender to it and puree until smooth before allowing to simmer again until I like the thickness. As the sauce is cooking tear the fresh basil by hand and mix into the sauce. Doing the basil at the end keeps the freshness of the basil in the sauce
Pizza time! Preheat oven to 500F with stone in the oven. Put pizza in for about 5 minutes, then rotate for another 3 minutes.
It turned out so good I took a before shot of the next one.
All finished
Next goal it to be able to make the crust thinner, but it was a very crisp crust on both of them
