Yoshida's Marinade flank steak on PK

I found this cast iron griddle at a yard sale so I thought I would use it for this cook.  The meat marinated for 2 days and came out tasting like candy

That looks not just tasty but mighty juicy too. Be swell on a bun! Nice job!
I've got an old camping griddle that I should throw on the PK too!

Looks like two days in the marinade worked great!
