Wendy is a Grandma and Cowboy Steaks
« Reply #-1 on: July 03, 2015, 10:26:46 PM »
Wendys oldest daughter Alyssa had twins this morning. A boy and a girl. Over to the left is her youngest daughter Autumn
Pretty ladies have pretty daughters

We got the kids a place to rent here on the mountain....a great place to raise a family. The Smoke has been moving them all this week. The stairs have finally got to me ( their house is 75 feet above the street) so tonight me and Wendy decided to have our cowboy steaks.........................

2.5 inches thick and 2.5 lbs each seasoned with Uncle Chris' Gourmet Steak Seasoning

Set the PK up for indirect smoking

On those bad boys go

40 minutes later

added a half a chimney starter to get my sear on

Here we are at 130 internal

Oh darn, there is no room on my plate for anything else

Here is Wendy holding her new Grandkids, Emmet and Ella......The Smoke is sure glad he sleeps at Grandmothers House... ;) ;)

Smoke as your cardiologist I would NOT recommend you eat a 2 & 1/2 lb ribeye by yourself :o
Next time invite me over & we'll split the steak!
Congrats on the grandkids & getting them to move to your compound.
