I've had and enjoyed these while working in Mexico.

Looks real tasty! I have never tried it in tacos but have had it boiled and sliced! Great taste!

Never had tongue this way, but I love it boiled, skinned and sliced like roast beef. Makes a great sandwich.

There you go again.  Certain phrases and a military background just go together, in a weird sort of way.  Funny!!  I'm glad you didn't say any more.
