That is not even a sale price either. You can find them on sale for under $2 sometimes. One benefit of living in California.

Briskets cost us a fortune though so the trisket works great!

Finally going to try the "Trisket"..

Finally going to try the "Trisket"..

Make sure that you foil it after 140F to 160F. I have tried not foiling for the entire time and it turns out tough and dry. Foiling is a must with a trisket.
