Bacon wrapped filet mignon with red wine mushroom sauce

Felt like cooking tonight!
Started by seasoning up some beef with a little bit of BPS Happy Ending

Reverse seared on the Mak

Sautéed some onions, garlic,smoked paprika and cayenne

Added the mushrooms

When cooked down added one cup of red wine and one cup of beef stock

Simmer till reduced by half and topped on to the steak and smashed potatoes. Sided with some cheese garlic toast.

It's a keeper recipe
