Meat Pinwheels and Jumbo Shrimp
« Reply #-1 on: November 13, 2015, 10:41:19 PM »
So I started with these...

Hit the Pinwheels with some curry up...

Then Big Kahuna and butter on the shrimp...

Pinwheels went on first...

30 minutes later...

Time to flame kiss the shrimp...

All done...

Plated with salad...

So I have officially tried every Big Dick rub and seasoning that Sparky sent me and I have to say that everyone of them was great! My favorite is the margarita rub. They all pour very well and are not full of salt.

Thanks again Sparky!

They were rolled with stuffing.

Great looking grub. Sure glad to see you back in the saddle.

It has been fun. Had vacation for a week. Back to the night shift and grind tomorrow  :-\
