Carribean twist on a Canadian Classic

Kids requested Poutine for supper. I'm raising then right apparently
I wanted a little twist
Chicken breast and thighs

Marinade with this

Let's get happy

Changed out my hot rod on my Mak and cleaned her up. On smoke mode for 30 mins and bumped to 350 till done
Cooked and diced up



Heated a couple cans of Poutine Gravy

Crispy fries,  mozzarella, jerk chicken, Poutine gravy and more cheese to melt on top





Now if you will excuse me I will be in a food induced coma for the next couple days..
