Although new to this forum I am not new to outdoor cooking. I have become somewhat of a collector of grills and smokers and I am NOT a fanboy per se. I do recommend grills and smokers when asked (and sometimes not!) but I try not to be closed minded and I see the beauty in all devices! Rather than type the equipment that I own and use, it'd be easier for you to just look below and you'll see what I have listed in my sig!

I am looking forward to contributing here and hope that not only can I learn from others but maybe even teach a little too ;)

WELL, I'm at 13 now since I traded one away :D :D

Just get one put in the shed let it get a little dust on on it and say "That one? Had it for awhile"  :D :D :D :D
