MAK Hickory Smoked Beef & Pork Meatloaf

Mixed 1 lb 80/20 ground beef and 1 lb Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage with eggs, tomato sauce, finely diced red onions, Italian bread crumbs, garlic, seasoned & garlic salt, and black pepper. Formed 2 loaves. Hickory smoked at 180ºF for an hour, topped the meatloaves with tomato sauce then bumped pit tempt to 375ºF until IT got to 165ºF ... Man oh man - served with traditional sides: mashed taters, brown gravy, and steamed fresh green beans!

Tasty looking and I like the smoke idea enough to try it next meatloaf.
Sweetie uses the same recipe except she uses Dean Pork Sausage with Sage.
