...you really should!!  Most of his recipes are not for the faint of heart.  They are a bit more involved.  But man oh man... his layering of flavors method that leads up to the finished product sure does make for some tasty food.  Here's a pic that was a result of his Honey Glazed Chicken recipe from his Serious Barbecue cookbook (this was one of his more simple recipes).

I don't suppose you have the recipe?
I believe this is one his recipes that he does not publish outside of his copyrighted cookbook. You can check his site, and take a peak. If not there, you'll have to buy the book ;)
