Easy to use as a charcoal grill, love the grate as I'll show in pics, wide bars, easy to cook delicate seafood or veggies on. 1 lb (17 briquettes) will grill several rounds on the grill.
The grill is very stable ,wind doesn't bother much & hold a fair amount.
First cook was burgers, ground chuck, came out fine!
Best cook was a catfish filet & a couple tuna steaks. Catfish got a great sear NO STICKING
Tuna came out with good sear , cooked Med Rare. Really happy with the seafood. Haven't cooked a steak yet but that's an easy cook on any grill. It will get HOT!
