Looks delicious! Good tip on the salt BTW. We have always made our rubs salt free just so we can control the amount of salt we want. We use Kosher salt as the large crystals make it easy to see how much you're applying.

I wish I would've put those 2 racks to better use yesterday. I could go for some ribs done right, and YOUR ribs were done RIGHT ;)

Zeroed in on the onion pie  ???

Earlier this summer I perfected a recipe for tomato pie (posted here) because we had so many good tomatoes.  Now, I gotta admit I love onions almost as much as I love GRAVY so I've got to get cooking on this one.  Thanks for the inspiration  ;D
