Looks like a nice mod Tom. But not to be critical I don't think I would do that to my PBC since I have several other cookers that would handle a beer can chicken.

I'm thinking there might be other uses but for right now I'm thinking with a little more experience this might turn into a great beer can chicken cooker especially for those who don't have another way to do beer can chicken.

sure does can hide a few six packs in there from the wife     Now it really does allow you to do many things with that cooker
