Ya know, I cook all the time but Photobucket it killing me and it takes longer to post the pics than it is to cook the darn food.
So here are two pics of some pork steaks we did on the pellet grill.
One was rubbed with Southern Flavor and the other with Dixie Dust.
Smoked them for one hour on the smoke setting and then cranked it up to 400.
I did not open the Flame Broiler and still got good results.
