Been offline for a fair bit. Just wanted to update you all as I know you have followed my family's challenges with my youngest boy Jack. He was being monitored the last 2 years for narrowing of his pulmonary branches as a result of his open heart surgeries. He got to a pretty critical point where they needed to intervene and open them with a catheter procedure. I'm happy to report that after 3 stents were put in the prognosis is very positive, he's doing amazing. So after months of bad food I had to fire up the Mak
Reverse seared hand cut rib eye



All is right again!

So glad to hear things are looking better for the wee one-- I'm sure this has been such a gut wrenching time for you and Paula.
