Tom,
Now I have to try chicken.  Looks good.  Great looking video.

I just picked up the same unit yesterday.  The only thing I tried thus far were Ore-Ida fast food fries (almost shoestring cut fries).  10 minutes at 400. Came out nice and crispy.  My wife commented that they were better than any fast food fries she had eaten.

Let the learning curve begin!

Used Natures Seasoning from Mortons, as far as layers I don't know this was the first cook of chicken, but it turned out great!

Great video and 1st cook Tom. What I do with my chicken is even if I put oil on for the breading to stick I will very lightly coat each piece with olive or canola oil before putting it in the air fryer. Don't use too much oil or it won't brown up. I usually go 400 for 20 minutes and at the 10 minute mark I will turn them. They come out nice, crispy and done in 20 minutes. It is a learning curve for all of us. I am just learning that you need to treat the air fryer like a stove or grill and turn some items half way through. Give wings a shot! I printed out that temp guide that Pappy linked and have it attached to my refrigerator. I belong to the same air fryer forum as Pappy. It is called Air Fryer recipes, just either search it on Facebook or I can hit the add member button and get you added.
