I read it as Dummies not Drummies.  Maybe new glasses are in order.

Yeah, I should've had em on the outskirts of the charcoal for a while until the fat rendered from the drummies and the coals got to the downside of their heat curve..........but oh no...tossed em right on and the flames took off........... :(
