Cooked an 11lb pork butt yesterday using Stubb's briquettes and a chunk of hickory. Results were very good, had a milder smoke flavor than when I used just Kingsford for my last butt. Texture was fantastic. About 8 hours total cook time.

Thanks all! And if you're curious, the peppers, tomatoes, and peaches on the grate in one of the pics are for my wife. She is determined to make a great smoked peach salsa (and she's getting close).
