Cold Weather Cook in Florida

Yesterday I decided to brave the falling temperature of 60 degrees F to try a cold weather cook. Almost had to don a long sleeve shirt. Cooking under these conditions is very rare for us
Anyway did some chicken thighs and also a Prime graded Picanha that was really, really good. Keep warm

Almost down to 20* here in middle Georgia this morning...may get up to 50*...
I wish they would keep the frigid stuff up north where it belongs.
B T W, your plan paid off. That food looks mighty good.

We are looking at 2 inches of snow tonight just outside of Waco......glad the frigid temps didn't make your charcoal burn slowly.
Good looking grub

Glad to see you took one for the team and braved the frigid arctic conditions. Food looks great --- it was worth the death-defying effort.

That Picanha is on point. Going to brave the Texas equivalent of a snowpacalypse (temps around 30 with a slight chance of wintry mix) tomorrow to throw some St. Louis racks on the smoker.

Ummm Picanha !
They are saying we are getting to 20 with snow tonight. This will be the 3rd snow since December! We haven't seen it snow more than once in 10 years... I think it's the Russians ! !

SPS, thanks for braving that brutal 60 degree weather to produce that delicious looking picanha and chicken thighs.

Food looks good, sorry you had to cook in such harsh conditions. Supposed to get down to around 18 degrees here in deep South Dothan Alabama tonight. That just ain't right.
