Today I cooked a Black Angus flanksteak with rocket and balsamic reduction and cheese-potatoes:

Nicely done, WC!!  I love flank steak, also.  I enjoyed potatoes like yours for the first time several days ago.  Loved them!!

I like Flank steak too, That looks excellent and I need to try them squished tators soon. Is Rocket your BBQ or that Green leafy stuff on your plate?

Err, lost in translation... ;)

It's that green leafy stuff on my plate. "Rocket" was one of three words my online dictionary presented as a translation for the German/Italian word "Rucola". The other words were "arugula" and "roquette". I don't know which one is the right one to use in this context... ::)

Thank you. You gotta try arugula. It's got a very good taste and it harmonizes with most other food.
