Would you cook them like this often?

The water in the bottom works well for trapping the drippings. We don't have any sticking to the pan so we don't have to scrub it to get it clean.

Thanks Jaxon!  I believe I prefer them indirect on the Charcoal grill or Pellet Grill as opposed to the AF.
