Busted out my good friend. I love my weber performer.
A little Costco tri tip was in order. Seasoned with cow cover. I like to sear my tri tip and then some indirect time on the other side of the grill. Once I move it to indirect I lower the heat. I live cooking this way so my tri comes up to temp slow.
We grow artichokes in the front yard so I picked a few. I par boiled them a little then cut in half with a little lemon oil and salt and pepper.
Let's heat these babies up.

Well, soon had the artichokes came off the grill they were eaten so they never made it to the table but everything else was fantastic.
