Wife bought me a pizza oven adapter for my Weber
Used lump and mesquite chunks for the fire

That looks far too complicated for a young sprout like you to use to its best advantage. Best you ship it to one of the "site elders" (say someone about 70) who will call on the experience of their years to maximize the goodness that it is capable of producing.

You are just a spring chicken. That looks really nice I am sure you will turn out some good food on it. I have the Camp Chef pizza oven that fits on my Camp Chef stove and I love it.
