I smoked some wings in the GMG Davey Crockett last night.
Dusted with SPG & Buffaloe seasoning.
Rested in the fridge for about five hours.
Into the smoker set @ 190° for thirty minutes, then bumped up to 350° for another forty five minutes to tighten up & crisp up the skin.
These wings were outstanding.
