MAK Grilling Sauces---Winners @ American Royal Sauce Contest.

Matt Tucker, the "M" in MAK told me earlier this year, "I've got a good feeling about entering our sauces @ the American Royal Sauce Contest."  Proves his intuition was right!  Out of 134 Mild Tomato Sauce entries, our Whiskey Grilling Sauce came in 2nd!  And was 12th overall.  Honey Stinger came in 33rd in the category. Honey Bourbon Grilling sauce was 56th and our Smokin' Hickory Grilling Sauce came in @ #76.  Not too shabby at all.
Our RUM Grillin Sauce placed 39th out of 84 entries in the Specialty sauce category.  Dang! That's some Award-Winning Flavor right there!

That is AWESOME and well deserved!  You already know my thoughts on the MAK lineup of sauces.  They are YUM! :)

There was a local place called BoMacks that was well known for their pulled pork and bbq sauce. I think the whiskey I had today is better.  Yum.

Everything from MAK is top notch so I am not surprised one bit :)

Oh, you guys get some of that MAK chipotle rub on order.........that is some good stuff!!
