Picanha on the PK Grill
« Reply #-1 on: May 25, 2018, 11:59:30 AM »
Here in South Florida, this weekend is supposed to be a total washout due to a tropical system heading our way so yesterday found a Prime grade Picanha at a good deal.  Did a dry brine and then a little garlic powder and some Montreal Steak rub.  After about 90 minutes, it was done. Had to snap a quick photo before it disappeared

Man O Man that looks good!
Looks like we are in for the wash out as well...  Last week we were six inches low on rainfall.   Next week we'll be floating!
Let's hope this isn't a sign of the season to come.

Not much action from Albert. Not complaining but canceled a bunch of plans and we needed some rain.
