MAK Grills has without a doubt the greatest customer service you can find. I just got in this Eagle, Globe, and Anchor. I was asking if anybody knew of a vinyl type material and could withstand extreme temps so I could have a large EGA make for my 2 Star hood. Bob, the owner of the company, simply comments how would you like that laser cut out of steel and bent exactly like the standard hood. Of course I got excited at that idea.

It is laser cut and bent to perfectly fit on the hood. It is even precise enough to outline the feathers with super thin cuts. Now all I need to do is still some holes and find some stainless steel fittings.

Bob, you are the man and your company is amazing. Semper Fidelis.

If you are looking at buying a smoker, take however long necessary to be able to afford it and BUY A MAK GRILL!

That is really cool. Another example why MAK is THE company to turn to when you are in the market for the best pellet grill/smoker.

I am so glad I own a MAK, and I always will.  Not only because of the quality of what they build, but the quality of the company behind the build.
