If you want to cook a lot of food and only want to use one grill. Get a 26" kettle. I love this thing. Ok, wife and daughter wanted Costco steelhead for dinner with rice.
Rice, ya.. I'm not suppose to have rice with my diet. But I don't want steelhead with my rice. I got a better protein. Spam baby. I love spam. Costco sells it by the case.

I put the steelhead in a buttered pan with dill, salt and pepper. Simple. Asparagus wrapped with 1/2 piece of skinny bacon. Nothing else. Simple. Spam I cross cut and put Oakridge secret weapon. Simple.

2 Guinness draught later were done.
Bacon got nice and crispy and made the asparagus taste really good. Spam was fantastic. I grilled it up done on all sides over the coal so it could get its crisp on. Super good. Salmon, spam, rice, salad and some fruit with a drizzle of honey on it. All in all a great meal.
Moral of the story. If you like kettles get yourself a 26. You will love her.
