Pork Cook
« Reply #-1 on: June 04, 2019, 11:48:24 AM »
Needed some pork this weekend, so I rooted through the freezer and found a pork roast and some country style ribs that asked politely to be thrown on the grill. I complied. Results were quite tasty. Made a spicy rub (sorry, don't remember all the ingredients) which I applied after soaking them in a salt brine for two hours and smoked at 230°F till they reached IT of 138°F. Took the roast off, sauced the country style ribs both sides and cooked for another 1.5 minutes. Ate way too much.
