Ribs in the Masterbuilt Gravity Feed 560

Y'all, I can honestly say that I have never cooked ribs any better than these, and Deb said they were the best ever at Backyard Jack's BBQ.
The 560 is legit!!!  Take a look...

We did beef short ribs on the 1050 several days ago. Melt in your mouth, velvety meat, perfect smoke ring. Disregarding the flaky software, Masterbuilt hit a home run with the grill/smoker itself

Your video presentations are getting better since Dee started consulting with you.

I'm always amazed at the non-cooking expertise of our members. Who coulda guessed that Dee's just as talented with video as he is with still photography?

I imagine it is similar to the kettle in burn rate.  I think I used a little less than two chimneys full.

Backyard Jack's BBQ in Byron is getting as famous as Franklin's BBQ in Austin. You know he also did a few videos. I wonder if Dee consulted on his video's, too.

I know the ribs tasted even better than Aaron's. Deb is a lucky girl to have a Backyard Jack in the family.
