Off the cleanse so time for some real food
« Reply #-1 on: January 20, 2013, 01:28:22 PM »
For some reason I wanted Pizza real bad.  Wanted a pizza bad enough I was doing some reading and thinking I should build a wood fire pizza oven.  Isn't going to happen now but found some recipes for dough.  So lets try making dough.

Smoked a chicken for the wife's pizza.  chicken, caramelized onion, and cheese

and I wanted a basic one.

It hit the spot.  did the same thing for lunch the next day.

Like 'em both, but I especially like the simplicity of the Florentine version!

I'll take a slice of that please.
