Chicken Thighs, 12 year old Grandson, New Savannah Stoker II Controlled Smoker
« Reply #-1 on: January 20, 2013, 08:11:34 PM »
Grandson putting on the chicken thighs.

After the chicken was in he set a low smoke temperature on the BMerrill’s New SSII Pellet Grill Controller.  The new SSII is so easy to use a 12 year can use it.

After some smoke and roasting it was time for a light BBQ glaze

The new SSII is so easy to use a 12 year can use it.

Not to knock the controller but kids today are impressive with their use of electronics. My four year old can use the iPad better than me ;)

Probably should say "so easy to use an adult can use it!"

Art great job on passing your knowledge to your grandson... Keep that smoke going!
