Simply SRG wings, red beans and rice
« Reply #-1 on: February 10, 2013, 06:50:29 PM »
Started to rain and cool down outside so I decided to use the SRG. I put a handful of pellets in the bottom to get some smoke flavor.

Dusted them with some Zack's Grilling Spice.

Getting some color and smoke.

Done and painted them with some Sweet Baby Rays thinned out with a Lil H2O

Plated with some red beans and rice

Here are the pellets from the bottom of the SRG

Thanks for looking

Wings! That's what for supper tomorrow night.  I like the idea of the tin foil dam you have there.  Dee

I can't see myself using my spring form pan and ruining it. Maybe I'll buy a cheap one and use it instead (tommy ring). The foil works for me for now.

Looks great but you need a Tommy Ring.  They should be standard equipment with all Big Easy cookers  :D

Just saying.

They are cooked in a Sofrito, Lil oil, tomato sauce, oregano, sazon Goya. Hard to put a recipe to it :P
