Beef ribs fit for Fred Flintstone

Are those the beef short ribs? Had those tonight. Bought a huge pack from RD and divided them up. I think I actually like the short ribs verses a chuck roast. Cook it like a pot roast. So good and so tender. The fat in the beef, not on top, really helps.

fl looks like you got it right this time!!! Great photos too. I have only done the beef ribs once this past summer. Mine were good and I thought were pretty meaty but yours topped it. Don
