I got a box today!

I got a box today from GrillGrates.  These are going to be my new grates on the Grill2Go grill.   The standard grates are ok but they lack the abality of creating that grill taste from fats and oils being sent back to the meat as flavoring off the grate

As I test with them I post results. They are new so temps are not as good as the other set I have that hit over 700.
It's also 31 and windy so that played a part in the temps as well

Time to get those seasoned up.  Looks good for the first cook, but I'm sure it will only get better.

They will I know it.  The other set I have took a few cooks but now they are great to use! 

I will not trade them for a standard grate NO WAY!
