Rib Quest 2013
« Reply #-1 on: April 06, 2013, 02:23:25 PM »
I thought it was a catchy name.  ok, a few ppl have commented about sterling and myself.  him and i are all good.  i think he is a great business man and a fantastic bbqer / cook.  I've been using his rubs for along time and will continue to do so.  i like them.  ok were done about that now.  my sparky's signature ribs use little louie w/ pepper.  it taste great on ribs.  I have always look for another rub to knock it off the top spot but no luck so far.  I have tried well over 100 different rubs for ribs.  little louie w/ pepper gives me the look and taste I like.

ya, Silent Movie Time!

on the ends.  shhhhhh........

thanks for watching the show.  plz pick up your popcorn containers on your way out.  ty.

I think Smoke hit it just right! I don't ever remember a better looking batch of ribs from you. If these aren't your best their tied. Fantastic!

What do you think of the Sweet Money?  I have used it once, on chicken.  I liked it.  My wife (who has become super picky) even liked it.
