Bought a whole rob eye from RD.


Cut it into steaks.


I hit some with Big Poppas Double Secret Steak Rub


The turn


Plated with sauteed mushrooms and onions.

Those have great marbling in them. I will bet they are juicy and tender. Great job on the cook!

Tee and I have been talking about going to the RD in Charlotte.  I think we are both afraid to go anytime soon.  It could get very expensive.  That is certainly the way to go to get a nice thick steak, however.  Good job!
