It really is a mild hot sauce. Great Flavor, but not that hot. Just fun to tease about. ;D

Well...I don't find it to be as hot as Tabasco. And - I start my day with Tabasco on eggs, hashbrowns and in my speckled white gravy ;) ;D
I don't like some of the super hot stuff like Habenero that is used liberally. And - definitely not hotter....unless I have Depends on :D

It is a great sauce and can be used on a variety of food products.

My wife buys a 1/2 of a fresh Salmon filet and covers the entire meat side with a heavy layer of this sauce, puts in the oven and bakes it at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. It is absolutely delicious.

I use it a lot. I don't like Tabasco... too vinegary for me. But Frank's and Crystal are good and I use them in a lot of my recipes.
