I been using this for a year now in my coffee and ice tea. My blood sugar has gone from 400 range down in the low 200 and my A1C has gone from 10 to 7.

Its good stuff.

Thanks for the "heads up" nepas.

Any way to go with the glucose numbers.
Everyone should be watching the numbers. It's VERY important.
