I have two tailgating grills & both have one burner. I am planning on cooking some oysters & it calls for indirect cooking....so I know the easy answer....buy another grill  :D  but with $$$$ in very short supply have any of you found away to cook indirect on one of these gas grills

1) CB Grill 2 go

2) Freedom grill Margaritaville

Use a rack over a drip pan to block the direct heat.

Yeah, some kind of diffuser either a drip pan as suggested or break a piece of metal and use it to block and redistribute the heat.

On the G2G, with the small space under the grates, and the trough above the heating element. I would slide a small cookie sheet between to diffuse some heat and turn it on a lower setting. I could see a plank working here.  Pam .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ

Dang, Capt, where'd you find ribs like those?

I'd sure like to try my hand at some like that...

Great idea for the grill set up, too.
