I have a Bradley Digital 6-rack for low and slow cooks for ribs, butts and briskets and with cold smoke adapter I do cheese. I have a Weber Genesis with GrillGrates for steaks, chops, burgers, etc. I am thinking of getting a gas IR Big Easy to do chickens and turkeys.
Question: Is the Charbroil Gas IR Big Easy a good choice
